The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral to the following:               
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 90                                                             
"An Act changing the date that the legislature convenes in the                
years following a gubernatorial election."                                     
                                                                               
HB 90 was removed from the Rules Committee and sent to the                     
Finance Committee.
